St. John’s School is currently hiring Campus Security Officers who will be responsible for the safety and security of all School properties; the faculty, staff, student body; and guests and visitors during the assigned tour of duty. Officers will be responsible for enforcing city ordinances, applicable state and federal laws, and complying with regulations and statutory requirements. This position requires experience working in a similar position for a large complex employer along with law enforcement experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer.
Candidates must have excellent organization skills, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task. In addition, the position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy and the ability to communicate effectively utilizing interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships.
