The Mavericks were matched up against our next door neighbors for game on a very hot day.  The girls did their usual warm up and were able to play.  It took the girls less than 8 minutes to score the first goal, which kept the ball rolling into the cage.  The first and second goal was scored by Chloe when she poised and ready to put the ball pass the goalie.  Audrey scored our third and fourth goal from the left side of the cage.  Virginia scored number 5 and 6 goals in the first five minutes of the second half.  Christina went one on one with the goalie to score the 7th and final goal of game.  Fina score Maverick 7  Lamar 0

The Maverick's defense took control of game from the first pass.  They controlled the tempo of the game by stealing the ball when needed and then making great passes to go on attack.
