Last Wednesday evening the Middle School Girls Track Team (6th, 7th & 8th Grades) competed in the running events of the 2-day Kinkaid Track Meet.  Each of the three grades had outstanding performances in several events, including many personal bests (pr) set during the two day competition. The 6th grade girls representing the largest number of competitors for the team earned a few first place finishes for the Mavericks.  The 7th and 8th Grade field proved strong with several solid individual performances.
