Girls' JV1 Lacrosse sweeps the field to win the season ending JV tournament finishing 14-0, and arguably as STATE Champs!
Led by Coaches Clayton Crum '08 and Terrie Warren, the 20 players and three managers capped off an undefeated season by winning the JV Lacrosse tournament at the South Campus Sports Complex.  The Mavericks defeated Flower Mound, Lamar, and Kinkaid to be crowned the top JV team in the region, worthy enough to call themselves "State Champs!"

"The girls had a phenomenal season, and I feel lucky to have had the chance to coach them," said Coach Crum.

Their fourteen wins included victories over teams from Dallas, Cy-Fair, The Woodlands and the local fare.  Even though there is no official state ranking for JV teams, the Mavericks not only won all of their games, but no team finished closer than four goals of the Mavs.

Congratulations to the 2013 JV1 Girls' Lacrosse team!
