  • Meredith Gamble breaks her own record, again!
Friday was a record day for girls' track.  Meredith Gamble broke her own school record in the 800 meters at the Nick Finnegan Spring Invitational, finishing in a time of 2:15.10.  This is the second time she has broken her 2009 record this season!  Jackie Modesett ran a school best 44.74 for the 300m hurdles in the prelims of the Nick Finnegan Spring Invitational Friday April 16th breaking Jessica Chen's (2008) record of 45.33.  Jackie nearly broke the 100m hurdle record in prelims, running 15.1. 

It was Super Saturday for lacrosse.  While the Boys' Varsity finished with a win and third place finish over Kinkaid, the Girls' JV Lacrosse team was making history defeating The Woodlands 17-5 in the JV City Championship.
Megan Henry's squad finished 16-0 on the season led by Madeleine Moorhead's 74 pts on offense and Chase Musslewhite's (tournament defensive MVP) stellar play in goal.
