Lacrosse Spreading South by Southwestern

SXSW, SJS '09, Edward Williams scores 3 in first SCAC conference victory over Hendrix while SJS '09 Henry Waller will have to wait another day to face former teammate.
The match up was not one to be as Edward Williams (E5) scored three goals against SCAC rival Hendrix, but not against former SJS '2009 teammate and goalie Henry Waller.
Waller, an All-State goalie for the Mavericks his senior year, is a back-up for the Warriors.
In due time these former teammates hope to clash in what could be the tightest rivalry in the newly formed lacrosse conference of SCAC teams.  The roles were reversed last season as Williams never saw the field due to an injury, while Waller flouished between the pipes due in part to Williams taking the role of warming him up every day.
Williams is catching fire for the Pirates having scored the first men's lacrosse goal for a Texas varsity team early in the season and recently finding a way to help get Southwestern in the winning column.
