Mavericks Keep Rolling

The 8th girls remained undefeated (6-0-0), beating the Falcons 10-8 in a game that stayed close for much of regulation.  Catherine Franklin led scoring with 4 goals, followed by Hines and Dawson with 2 each and Herbert and Diaz with 1 each.  The defense adjusted after some initial breakdowns to slow down Kinkaid's attack in the second half.  The team executed excellent passing and was able to out-possess the Falcons to remain undefeated.  The Mavericks play ROB this Thursday in an early 3:00 home game.
