Mavericks Begin at Memorial Park

Mike Marek led the Boys Cros Country team in their low-key time trial with Memorial High School and Stratford High School. Mike cam in first in the 3 mile race, followed by a tight group of Mark Stoehr, Seth Koslov, Richard Fisher and Hubert Lee. Freshman Eric Elliott came in first in the 2 mile race, followed closely by Avi Jain. 3 groups of 4 runners will travel to Dallas next weekend to run in the Greenhill Cross Country Relay.
