The Mavericks ran very fast times on a hilly, challenging, beautiful course at Trinity Valley School in Ft. Worth.  The boys finished 2nd in the varsity division, only 14 points behind St. Mark's School.  Xavier Gonzalez, Akshay Jaggi, and Joe Faraguna led the varsity, with Philip Taffet and Julian Henry rounding out the top five scorers.  In the JV race, Gustavo Anaya led Daniel Bland, Luke Kramer, Max Melcher, and Alex Cherches to a first-place tie score of 33 points, but St. Mark's was awarded first place by rule on the number six runner (we only ran five!).
