A Rough Day for the Mavs

In spite of playing fairly well, the JV Girls tennis team had a rough day at Awty losing all matches by mostly narrow margins.  Though I don't ever want to be a whiner, the conditions were HORRIBLE!  A middle school championship track meet was in progress behind the courts throughout the matches.  The BLARE of the track announcer and roar of the crowds were punctuated by the starter's gun!  It was a jarring event and we all left with headaches... and heartaches!
