A Clean Sweep to Open the Season!

It was a beautiful day for JV Girls Maverick Tennis at Lee LeClear!  We easily sweep the matches against a young and very nice Westbury Christian team.  Alex had the toughest match at Line 1 Singies with her challenger's hard forehand shot.  Yet, the final score of that match was 8-4.  The rest of the line-up shut-out or lost 1 game to their competitors.  Marina played Line 2 Singles with Caroline finishing the Singles matches at Line 3.  New players to the team, Calsita and Lauren won at Line 1 Doubles and Annie and Izzy completed the line-up at Line 2 Doubles.
Way to go Mavericks!  What a nice way to start the season!
