Director of Clinical Services
Although Colleen’s passions in music and healthcare led her to work in a variety of professional settings, her roots have always been in schools. As the child of a University of St. Thomas professor, Colleen fondly recalls growing up on campus. Upon graduation from St. Agnes Academy, she earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at the University of North Texas, a Master of Music in Performance/Opera Institute at Boston University, and then her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner at UT Health Science Center at Houston School of Nursing. Colleen’s medical training has spanned the emergency room at Ben Taub Hospital, cancer care at MD Anderson, and school nursing for Cy-Fair ISD and nearly a decade at Presbyterian School. Currently, Colleen most recently served as the clinic manager and nurse practitioner for Memorial Hermann Health Centers for Schools where she managed clinics and programs that serve PreK-12th grade students in 10 HISD schools.
