Great Western Adventure

Fall of 2016 marked the beginning of a new 5-day, 4-night experience for 7th grade students. The setting for this year's trip will be Southern Utah. Supported by our good friends at Grand Classroom, students will explore Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Lake Powell, and various other locations along the way. Students will hike, climb and kayak during the week, extending on the challenge by choice lessons learned at Mo Ranch. This unique setting provides a wonderful opportunity for to students to learn about the natural world around them, as well as mankind's relationship with natural resources and the environment. Students will be divided into small activity groups each day, returning to the big group each night for fun all-class activities.
