MavTV Spring Is Here!
This year, MavTV grew in leaps and bounds with the addition of Gabi Chennisi (’09) to the program’s staff. Together with Bubba Fish (’09) the two made the variety show the focus of their independent study project, crafting three 15-minute episodes representing a wide assortment of St. John’s Upper School students and faculty. However, the time has come for MavTV to grow once again. As Bubba and Gabi enter their senior year, Charlie Caplan (’11) will begin learning the skills to become a new leader of MavTV. In order to ensure the show’s longevity as a source of journalism as well as entertainment, the program must soon establish itself as an official St. John’s media institution. MavTV has the potential to be expanded as a part of the school curriculum for the years to come, but to accomplish this, it needs your support. We would love to hear your ideas, questions, and concerns. bfish@sjs.org & gchennisi@sjs.org. MavTV Spring 08
