Registration and Payment
Registration should be completed online. A separate registration is required for each child registering.  If you have multiple registrations for more than one student, please do not login to the website before registering. The system will only allow multiple registrations if you are not logged in.

When your registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email which will list all the camps for which you registered, the amount paid, and a confirmation number. You should print a copy of this email for your records. Print the Release Form, complete and sign it, and return it to the address below.  Your registration remains incomplete until the form is received.

Camp fees may be paid online with a credit card. If you must write checks, a separate check should be written for each child and for each camp. Make checks payable to St. John’s School. Return the completed Release Form and checks to:

St. John’s School

These camps have their own payment and refund policies, as well as, drop-off, check in, and pick-up procedures. Website addresses and contact information are given in the camp description.

Refund Policy
As we need a minimum number of students enrolled in every course in order for it to begin, we must adhere to the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds. You will receive a full refund if you cancel for any reason prior to May 15, 2008. After that date, your money will be refunded only if a class is canceled or a student is precluded from participating for the entire session for a medical reason or a family emergency. There is no prorating for days missed. St. John’s School reserves the right to cancel any course for which there is insufficient enrollment.

All registrations are made with the understanding that St. John’s School reserves the right to request withdrawal of any student whose conduct, influence, attendance or participation is regarded as undesirable or detrimental to the summer camp program, or who refuses to conform to the rules and regulations. There will be no refunds for withdrawals.

Drop-off/Pick-up - New Procedure for 2008
All traffic should enter the St. John's campus through Gate 9 on West Alabama. This gate is located directly behind the Lamar Towers at the corner of Buffalo Speedway and West Alabama. You will exit through Gate 6 onto Buffalo Speedway.

For Mad Science and USA Chess & Video campers, please enter through Gate 9 (see above) and then turn west (left) on the south side of the Georges Middle School Building to drop-off. A sign will indicate where you should turn left from the "chute" into the Georges Middle School Building parking area. You will exit from that parking lot onto Buffalo Speedway. (See campus map.)

Camp Jam campers will enter through Gate 9, proceed through the "chute" to the large parking lot and stop in front of the VST Performing Arts Center for drop-off.

Crease Ranch campers should follow parking and drop-off procedures provided on the Crease Ranch website.

All other campers, proceed through the "chute", staying in the right lane to the appropriate drop-off area in front of the Lower School Libbie Rice Farish Building. For campers in grades K-6 you should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the beginning of camp and no later than 5 minutes after the camp start time. Counselors will meet and assist campers to their proper classes. Parents may park and bring children into the building if they prefer. Campers may be picked up at their classrooms or at the pick-up area (same as drop-off area) at the designated ending time. Campers who will be attending other camps will be escorted to their next camp.

Children in grades K-6 who do not participate in one of the Lunch Bunch groups should be picked up when their morning session is over. At no time should campers in grades K-6 be left unattended on the campus. Each child should be delivered to the classroom or the counselors at the drop-off/pick-up area. At the end of camp, children whose caretaker does not arrive within 10 minutes to pick him/her up will be delivered to the camp office.

Lunch
No lunch is provided by the summer program. Children in grades K-6 who have morning and afternoon camps should participate in a camp or one of the Lunch Bunch groups over the lunch period, or be picked up when their morning session is over.

The following Lunch Bunch groups are open to all campers (not just those attending the specified camp). Campers should bring their lunch and the appropriate lunch fee (payable to the lunch group leader) each day they wish to participate. Please do not prepay these lunch fees to St. John’s School.
